Shipping: BuyMiami.us LLC currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We're sorry, but we can not currently ship to any international country (including Canada) or other United States territories such as Guam and the Virgin Islands. We do not ship to any address that UPS or Fedex can not deliver to. This includes APO and PO Box addresses Special customer who they need PO Box delivery, please contact us for your evaluation. Most orders ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed and take 1 to 6 business days to reach their destination. Our order cutoff time is 11AM PST. Any order placed after this time will ship the following business day. This includes expedited orders placed after 11AM PST! In the event that an Item is out of stock, you will be notified within 1 business day. BuyMiami.us LLC uses fulfillment warehouses located throughout the United States. If you require a more precise shipping estimate, please call or email us with the item you are purchasing and we will let you know an estimated delivery time. In the case that your order require embellishment such Embroidery - Screen Printing, please contact us for better time frame delivery estimation. Returns: We accept returns up to 15 days from the original purchase day. We do not accept items that has been used. We do not accept items without the original tags attached to it. We do not accept items that has been washed. We do not accept items that they are not in the original conditions. We do not accept items in a damage condition. Customer who they like to do a return, they can contact us for a Return Authorization Number RA# and they pay for the shipping cost to our facilities. All returns receive a 15% restocking fee.
